Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation terms are determined by the service agreement, proposal or contract between Quickmail Solutions LLC and each client. Where that agreement sets out refund or cancellation terms, those terms apply and prevail over this policy.
Where no signed agreement exists, or the agreement does not address refunds or cancellation, the default terms below apply. Our services are professional marketing services delivered by our team over time, and work and costs begin as soon as a project starts, so refunds are limited as described below.
1. Before work begins
If you cancel a project before we have started any work, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid.
2. One-time projects
Projects such as an audit, a strategy plan or a landing page are delivered in stages. If you cancel after work has started, we will refund the portion of the fee that relates to stages not yet started. Fees for work already completed or in progress are not refundable.
3. Third-party costs
Advertising spend, software subscriptions and other amounts paid to third parties on your behalf are not refundable by us once they have been paid or committed. Any refund of those amounts is subject to the third party's own policies.
4. Results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms and your own offer. Fees are paid for the work we perform, not for specific results, unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.
5. If you are not satisfied
If a deliverable does not match what was agreed in your proposal, tell us in writing within 14 days of delivery. We will revise it at no extra charge. If we cannot fix the issue, we will offer a partial refund for that deliverable.
6. How to request a refund
Email contact@quickmailsolutions.com with your company name, invoice number and the reason for your request. We will reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank or payment-provider fees may be deducted from the refund.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes do not affect services already paid for under the previous version.
