Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Quickmail Solutions LLC ("Quickmail Solutions", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit quickmailsolutions.com (the "Website") or contact us about our services.
1. Who we are
Quickmail Solutions LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@quickmailsolutions.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you send us. When you email us, we receive your name, email address, company name and any other details you choose to include in your message.
Technical information. When you visit the Website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the date and time of the request. The Website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google.
What we do not collect. The Website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools, and it does not contain forms that store your information.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiries and prepare proposals.
- To deliver and invoice the services you contract with us.
- To keep the Website secure and working correctly.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
4. Legal bases (EU and UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your information on the following bases: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform that contract; to comply with legal obligations; and our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business and the Website.
5. Client data
When a client shares customer or contact data with us to run a marketing program, we process that data only on the client's documented instructions and only for that client's campaigns. In that role the client is the data controller and we act as a processor. We work only with data that the client confirms was collected lawfully and with any required consent. We do not buy, rent or scrape contact lists. Client data is returned or deleted when the engagement ends, unless the law requires us to keep it.
6. Sharing your information
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider, payment processors and accounting tools, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
7. International transfers
Our company is registered in the United States, and our team and service providers may process information in other countries. When we transfer personal information from the EU or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact. We keep contract, invoice and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Client campaign data is handled as described in section 5.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email contact@quickmailsolutions.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to client data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
